Can I try for free?
Yes, you can have a free trial for 1 work certificate. It is a non-binding offer and will allow you to discover the best of MyCerty. To get started, just complete the free trial form.
How to order work certificate(s)?
The order is placed online on www.mycerty.ch/en/offering:
- select the required number of work certificates,
- fill in the online contact form,
- you will receive within 24h an email with your credentials to access the platform.
How to pay?
After ordering your work certificates on our website, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with a payment term of 30 days. Invoicing is done on a monthly basis.
Are there any subscription and/or licensing fees?
No, with MyCerty there are no subscription or license fees. You only pay for work certificates either individually or as a “pack”. There are no hidden costs and there are no obligations.
Is it possible to order more certificates than the packs offered on the site?
Yes, if you need larger quantities or have special needs, please do not hesitate to contact the MyCerty team who will be able to address your requests.
Is there a time limitation to use my certificates?
Yes, work certificates licences expire 12 months after their activation date.
